The outstanding and classic single-signal direct-conversion "R2" receiver and "T2" transmitter designs of KK7B offers an interesting opportunity for application of digital signal processing techniques to accomplish the audio phase shifting, summing and filtering. A modular DSP component is used to achieve this processing in a very precise and flexible manner.
